Crap Happens

Life dumps you some serious bummers. No matter how tightly you try to control everything, sometimes a real mess is just around the corner. You can sweat about it all you want, but reality is, bullcrap happens.

It's a part of life, like breathing. You can't avoid it, so instead of panicking, just deal with it. Sometimes the only thing you can do is grin and say, "Well, bullcrap happens."

That's not to say that everything terrible is just meant to be. It takes some effort to bounce back the tough times, but there are always ways to grow.

Remember that even when things are awful, they won't last forever. The sun will finally come out again. So, the next time bullcrap hits the fan, just take a deep breath and remember that you can get through it. You're tougher than you think.

Dump Everything

Make a change by getting rid of it all. Don't be hesitant to release things that no longer serve you. It's a fresh start to streamline your life and create a more balanced existence.

Holy Crap!


Okay, so I was just sipping/munching/noshing on my sandwich/snack/dinner, and BAM! This crazy/wild/insane thing/situation/event just happened/occurred/went down. I'm totally/completely/utterly shocked/surprised/flabbergasted.

I mean, really? This is nuts/bonkers/wacko. I need to take a breath/chill out/compose myself because my head/brain/thoughts are spinning/going haywire/in overdrive.

Unwind a Load Off - and relax

Sometimes life just throws click here you a curveball, doesn't it? It can get pretty crazy out there. Between work, relationships, chores/tasks/responsibilities, and just trying to keep up with everything, it's easy to feel overwhelmed. That's why it's so important to take some time for yourself and de-stress/chill out/unwind. Find something that helps you relax/makes you happy/brings you joy - maybe it's reading a good book, taking a hot bath, or just spending some time in nature. Whatever it is, do it regularly. Your mind and body will thank you for it.
